Important Shipping & Delivery Information
ORDERS SHIP ON TUESDAYS.
All orders containing perishable items are shipped to arrive within 1-3 business days. Orders without perishable items are shipped UPS Ground and will arrive in 1-5 days. Orders must be placed Monday before 10pm each week to be shipped on Tuesday for delivery by Friday. Requests for different shipping days and expedited shipping should be emailed to email@example.com or you can call or text 912.414.4122.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING DATES
Thanksgiving: Orders will only ship Monday, November 20th the week of Thanksgiving. Place orders NO LATER than November 19th for delivery by November 22nd.
Christmas: Orders will ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays November 27th-December 13th. Orders will ship December 18th and December 19th the week before Christmas. Place orders NO LATER than December 18th if you need you order delivered by December 22nd.
Orders placed on and after December 19th and after will ship the following week on Tuesday December 26th.
New Year's Day: Orders will ship Tuesday December 26th and Wednesday December 27th the week after Christmas. Place orders NO LATER than December 26th if you would like to your order to arrive by December 30th.
Orders placed on December 27th and after will ship the following week on January 2nd.
Sending LoCo To Go as a gift is easy! You can provide your address as the billing address and the recipients address as the shipping address. Let us know the occasion and any special messages you would like us to include in the gift package. We'll include a little something extra for the gift recipient if we know what they are celebrating!
You will receive an email confirmation when you place an order. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
We ship our frozen products with dry ice. Each package will include enough dry ice to sustain the contents for a minimum of 72 hours in the event delivery is delayed by the carrier. Dry ice sublimates over time, and there may or may not be dry ice present in your package when it arrives. Use caution not to touch dry ice with bare hands when opening your package.
Perishable products should be refrigerated or stored in the freezer upon receipt.
Sometimes packages do not arrive solidly frozen. As long as they are cold to the touch, slightly thawed portions may be safely refrozen with no perceptible loss of quality or nutritional value.
Each order comes with all the ingredients and detailed instructions needed to cook just like The Original Crab Shack!
Due to the perishable nature of our shipments, the delivery service may leave the package at their discretion. Please make sure you or the recipient is aware of, and available to receive, the delivery. LoCo To Go and The Original Crab Shack are not responsible for lost, stolen, or spoiled food. Inclement weather may result in delays without notice. We are unable to ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or P.O. Boxes. We deliver to the continental US only.
