BBQ Ribs & Stew
We smoke our St. Louis style ribs in a Southern Pride smoker until the meat is fall-off-the-bone tender. The ribs are dry rubbed with our own blend of spices before cooking, and sauced with our house Carolina-style BBQ sauce. Since they are already pre-cooked, reheating is a breeze and the meat stays tender.
Brunswick stew is a traditional southern dish, and The Original Crab Shack's Brunswick Stew is some of the most flavorful you will ever taste. A non-seafood stew, it's loaded with pulled smoked pork, shredded smoked chicken, crumbled pork sausage, corn, and butter beans in a tomato base. It is a thick stew, with more meat and vegetables than liquid, and pairs great with any of our seafood entrees or slow smoked BBQ. This stew is precooked and only needs to be reheated.
